During your initial appointment, we'll gather some basic information such as:
Once we have that information, we'll request documents such as proof of identity, address, payslips or tax documents if you're self-employed, bank statements and proof of deposit if it's a purchase, or the terms of your current deal if it's a remortgage.
After you've sent your documents, we can start working on your case to establish how much you can borrow, get you an agreement in principle and sketch out the right insurance package for you. This differs depending on whether you're buying or remortgaging; however, we'll cover that during the initial consultation.
